The purpose was to review the progress of the local-level implementation and listen to challenges, obstacles, and recommendations from healthcare providers and community workers.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This field visit aimed to emphasise the vital role of civil society, particularly <strong>Stella Maris<\/strong> <strong>(STM), <\/strong>which serves as a Sub-recipient, as well as the work of multidisciplinary teams in caring for TB patients, conducting proactive screening, and deploying <strong>Mobile X-ray <\/strong>units among key populations. These efforts are designed to ensure systematic and effective access to TB and HIV prevention and treatment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
