In pursuance of the Country Coordinating Mechanisms’ (CCM) announcement on Wednesday, April 26th, World Vision Foundation of Thailand (WVFT) has been selected as one of the Civil Society Principle Recipients for the Global Fund to Fight Aids, TB and Malaria’s HIV/TB funding allocation for Thailand for the 2024-2026 implementation period.
Based on this announcement, WVFT will be responsible for 1) providing integrated community-led services for migrants; 2) community systems strengthening and sustainability, including institutionalizing a technical support mechanism; and 3) eliminating human rights and gender-related barriers to accessing services.
WVFT is now calling for applicants to be Sub-Recipients for the HIV and TB funding request for the implementation period from 2024-2026, for the migrant, community systems strengthening and human rights and gender programs. WVFT is seeking qualified, suitable organizations to provide community-led integrated services for vulnerable migrants across the reach, recruit, test, treat, prevent, retain (RRTTPR) services cascade, strengthen resilient and sustainable community health systems, and contribute to an enabling environment by eliminating human rights and gender barriers to accessing services.
Applicants are asked to complete an expression of interest, budget and rapid capacity assessment, included in the attached templates. Documents are required to be completed and returned to WVFT by 12 May, 2023, 12.00pm. Applications will be accepted in Thai and/or English language and are to be submitted to World Vision Foundation of Thailand, sent by email to Amaralak_khamhong@wvi.org and Harley_hamilton@wvi.org.
