World Vision Together with 20 Institutions Build Empowerment for Youth (Read in Thai)


Ms Chitra Thumborisuth the director of World Vision Foundation of Thailand was a president in the conference to make an agreement on the 2nd year of participation in “Empowering Marginalized Youth of Bangkok for Productive Citizenship Program”. This is a collaborative project between WVFT and 20 partner institutions in the 12 service businesses as following; 1. Academic 2. Tourism 3. Beauty School 4. Big Bike Repair Service 5. Telephone Signal Service 6.Tailors 7. Air-condition Repair Service 8. Computer Repair Service 9. Electricity Repair Service 10. Food and Drink 11. Cleaning Service 12. Massage Mr Sarawut Rachasrimuang the deputy director of World Vision Foundation of Thailand congratulated at WVFT Conference room.


WVFT received a special support from Citi Foundation in launching the youth empowerment project in this 2nd year. The purpose is to invest the potentials of young maginalised people in mental, intellectual and social skills with ‘Youth Ready Work’ programme so that they would be ready in future careers that match with their interests or the workforce demands.
