Fill Children’s Breakfast Plates with Tesco Lotus’s Gifts of Happiness (Read in Thai)

Mr Chakrit Direkwattanachai, Head of Corporate Communication and Sustainability at ‘Tesco Lotus’ recently donated 500,000 Baht from its ‘Unite for Children Thailand Stomach Project’ to World Vision Foundation of Thailand (WVFT), received by Dr Bunjongsek Supsopha, WVFT’s Fundraising and Marketing Director. The donation will go to WVFT’s ‘Breakfast for Kids Project.”

Tesco Lotus has invited customers to make New Year 2017 merit by donating basic necessities and dried food as well as convert Club Card points into donations under the ‘Unite for Children Thailand Stomach Project.’ This project aims to promote good health and give youth good opportunities, especially underprivileged children throughout the country. As part of the project, Tesco Lotus also fills the plates of hungry and undernourished children ages 2-6 years old in WVFT’s care with nutritious breakfast through child development centres in 21 districts, 16 provinces across Thailand.
