Flooding in the South continues to disrupt the lives of many, particularly in Songkhla province. In response, World Vision Foundation of Thailand has launched the Southern Floods Response 2025 to ease hardship and bring hope to affected families.
Supporting community kitchens
Today, our emergency response team visited Sathing Phra district, Songkhla, to deliver cooking ingredients and drinking water to community kitchens run by Khu Khut Sub-district Administrative Organisation and Tha Hin Sub-district Administrative Organisation. These kitchens prepare meal boxes and drinking water for distribution to flood-affected people.
This effort is made possible through the collaboration of community leaders and village heads, ensuring that assistance reaches those in need quickly and effectively.
World Vision Foundation of Thailand remains committed to caring for the most vulnerable children and families, working hand in hand with local partners to ensure help is delivered equitably and efficiently.
